Information you choose to share

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, you may provide your name, email, a short message, your general goals, preferred session type or language, and your availability. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the website forms.

How information is used

Enquiry details are used to respond to your message, consider whether ReMe may be suitable and arrange possible next steps. They are not submitted to a mailing list through these forms. When you select Book Online, the Square Appointments booking flow opens in a new tab. Square collects the information you provide to book a session and handles booking deposits for paid sessions under its own privacy terms. Card details are not received or stored by this website.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. If the forms are enabled, their contents are submitted to the Cloudflare Worker and delivered by Resend. Appointment booking and payment take place on Square's secure site, which processes information according to its own policies. Enquiry details are not intentionally stored in browser storage. For older website checkouts, an anonymous checkout reference may still be held in session storage so an interrupted payment can be checked without creating a duplicate booking.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page usage. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information about your browser, device and interactions with the site. Google processes this information under its own privacy policies. Square may use cookies or similar technologies within its booking service under its own policies. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site.

Your selected website language and colour theme are saved on this device in local storage until you change them or clear your browser data.

Storage, access and requests

Form messages and booking notifications are intended to arrive in the practice email inbox. Square retains customer, appointment and payment records under its own terms and the practice’s settings. For previous on-site checkouts only, the website retains limited checkout references, appointment and transaction identifiers, session details and a hashed request in Cloudflare for 30 days to recover interrupted checkouts and prevent duplicate transactions. A minimal hash remains afterward to prevent reuse of an expired checkout reference. Contact details and card payment tokens are not retained in this legacy checkout store. Other retention and deletion practices are determined by the practice owner in accordance with applicable requirements. You may contact the practice email address above to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal obligations.

Security and limits

Reasonable security measures are planned, including HTTPS, input validation and optional anti-spam verification. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is not a channel for emergencies.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website and booking systems evolve. Any material new services or collection practices should be reflected here before activation.
