Choosing the right support

Counselling or life coaching?

Counselling and psychotherapy provide room to explore emotional experiences, relationships and recurring patterns. Life coaching is generally more goal-focused, with an emphasis on decisions, direction and practical next steps. An introductory conversation can help you discuss which approach might be suitable.
