How we can work together

Make room for a more intentional life.

Life coaching can be useful when you know something needs to change but are unsure where to begin. Together, we can explore what matters to you, identify unhelpful habits and turn reflection into manageable next steps.

01 / DIRECTION

Goals and life direction

Clarify what matters most, consider your options and work towards choices that reflect your priorities.

02 / CONFIDENCE

Self-worth and decisions

Look at limiting assumptions, practise clearer decisions and develop a more grounded sense of direction.

03 / CONNECTION

Relationships and boundaries

Reflect on recurring dynamics, communicate more deliberately and consider healthier personal boundaries.

The ReMe approach

Thoughtful reflection with practical direction.

The work starts with your goals and your circumstances. Jasmina combines honest reflection with practical discussion, so sessions are personal rather than scripted. There is no promise of instant transformation; change is individual and takes time.

Choosing the right support

Life coaching or counselling?

Life coaching focuses on personal goals, decisions and practical next steps. Counselling and psychotherapy allow more room to explore emotional experiences, relationships and recurring patterns. If you are unsure, the free introduction is a useful place to discuss which service might suit you.

Common questions

Before your first session.

What happens in an online life coaching session?

We discuss the goals, questions or changes that matter to you and consider practical steps or new perspectives. Each session is tailored to your circumstances.

Do I need a specific goal before I book?

No. You can begin with a challenge, a decision or simply a feeling that you would like to find greater clarity about your direction.

Is life coaching a substitute for mental health treatment?

No. Life coaching is not a substitute for mental health assessment or treatment. If your needs are primarily clinical, a suitable registered health professional may be more appropriate.

Can I join from another country?

International enquiries are welcome. Online sessions depend on suitability, scheduling and any applicable professional or legal requirements in your location.

Life coaching is not a replacement for mental health assessment or treatment. If you are unsure which service fits your needs, consider a free introductory conversation.
