Meet Jasmina

A thoughtful approach to real change.

ReMe is about getting to know yourself better, recognising what may be holding you back and finding a way forward that makes sense for you.

About Jasmina Zaia

“A more meaningful life begins with understanding the patterns behind the choices we make.”

I'm Jasmina. My work brings together counselling, psychotherapy and life coaching to support people who want to understand themselves more deeply and make changes in the way they think, relate and live.

I value conversations that are compassionate and honest, but also grounded and practical. We look at the experiences, beliefs and responses that shape your everyday life, then consider what you want to do differently.

ReMe stands for Renew Me, Reinvent Me, Rewire Me, Reclaim Me and Realign Me. These ideas are not a fixed programme or a promise of instant transformation. They reflect the different ways people approach change - and the fact that progress looks different for everyone.

What working together can look like

Our conversations are led by your goals and circumstances. You might want more clarity about a relationship, to explore recurring patterns, to manage a life transition or simply create space to reflect and decide what matters next.

My intention is to offer a supportive environment that also encourages self-awareness, responsibility and meaningful action.

The setting

Online and accessible.

Sessions are offered online, allowing you to connect from a private, comfortable space. I am based in Sydney and work with clients in Australia and internationally, subject to suitability and local requirements.

The conversation

Personal, not formulaic.

We begin with your goals, your questions and what you want to work towards. There is no pressure to have everything figured out in advance.

How this informs ReMe

Understanding alongside practical change.

Jasmina's counselling education supports a reflective, ethical approach to listening and conversation, while her psychology studies provide a broader perspective on behaviour, development and personal circumstances. Together, they complement the individual, practical approach of ReMe Life Coaching & Therapy.

Professional experience

Over 10 years of experience supporting people and communities.

Jasmina brings more than a decade of professional experience across casework and community support. She has worked with private organisations supporting children and people facing difficult personal and social circumstances, as well as individuals experiencing disadvantage who need help navigating community and disability-related services.

Children and families

Supporting children through complex circumstances.

Jasmina's casework experience includes working alongside at-risk and high-risk children. These roles gave her practical experience engaging with children facing challenging circumstances, with an emphasis on careful communication, respect and sensitivity to individual needs. She also holds a current, valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.

Community and disability support

Helping people connect with support.

Through her work with disadvantaged individuals, Jasmina has assisted people seeking help through community services and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This includes supporting people as they navigate NDIS-related services and identify pathways to suitable assistance.

How this shapes her approach

Practical understanding, personal attention.

More than 10 years of working alongside people from different backgrounds and in challenging circumstances has reinforced the value of listening without judgement, recognising barriers to support and approaching each conversation with care. Jasmina brings this breadth of experience to her individual work at ReMe, alongside her counselling and psychology education.
